Folks time for us to get thinking about the interleague again, the ADPL has maximum ?518 to put towards putting teams down there this year. Pettycur bay November 18th - 20th - lets see if we can win it this year eh lads.

Cost normally circa ?30 - ?40 a head for your weekend

Looking for some volunteers for team captains - Titch A Team again?, Proudy b team, if enough interest will get a C team aswell

Top 20 in rankings get an automatic invite to play for the ADPL teams, after that captains picks. When we have captains sorted they will pick their teams in order A team first etc - for the guys on the list below if you can confirm you are wanting to go down or otherwise if you are unavailable.

Also any players outwith the top 20 thats wants to be made available for selection pop your name down and see if we have enough interest for 3 teams

Stoney affiliating this year?

Also thought the rules had changed, in that you had to play for a team you played your league pool with?

As always - stand to be corrected!

One other question for Martin - if there is 3 teams, does the ADPL money get divided between the 3, or is it just the 2, with the 3rd team paying their own way?

be a committee decsion what we do with the ?518 Furry -guess would just go with the consensus amongst us whether to split it between 3 or 2 - will see what interest is like this year if enough for 3 teams, then take it from there. Waiting on info from SEPF regards entry costs.

Ye i am pretty sure that you have to affiliate to the SEPF in order to put a team into the event, not sure about only playing for league you play your pool in tho.

On second thoughts that probably a crock of shite. Think I read somewhere though that you had to play in a affiliated league or be a paid member of the tour to play. I'm sure whatever new rules there are will come out with the other details.

This is what Brad has posted on our site regarding the interleague

NB: In order to represent a league team at the Interleague, players must be registered to play in that league. If representing another team at the Interleague (ie a select team of some description) players must either play in an SEPF affiliated league or be individually affiliated through an SEPF tour.
As per the 2011 SEPF AGM, the SEPF committee will be checking validity of all entrants through their league Secretaries or SEPF Regional Committees.

Maybe someone from the SEPF can come on and confirm what the rules are this year?

Hi all,

All teams must be from affiliated leagues. Richie Craddock said he'd sort Stonehaven out. If anyone can PM me a contact for the Stoney league, I'll give them a bell.

As long as the players within all teams fall into one of the following categories, all is OK.

1) Registered to play in an affiliated league
2) Individually affiliated to SEPF (ie tour player)

Apologies for the delay with the Interleague info, this was due to a late change to the format.

Brad

I (Scott Alexander) would play again as well.
I know at least a couple of other Dolly Mixture players would like to play as well although 1 or 2 will be in the A + B teams.
Any word on who the captain will be for the C team?
Sure you have mentioned when the teams will be picked and everything Martin so apologies for asking again when this is getting sorted out?

Martin what's the rules as regards picking the teams? 8 or 9 per team? Do they all have to be from the rankings or do I get wildcards? Not sure if anything changed from last year I wasn't at the AGM. Just fire me a PM so I know what I'm doing.

PM sent Titch, re the amount of players tho waiting on info from SEFP for format etc but i would guess it would be 2 caravans per team again that hold 8 players with matches being 2 sets of 7
